DIE SEXY
The Punisher Muay Thai & Fitness Gym Membership.
Sakasem fights for others— through Muay Thai. For decades, he did this in the ring, and now he does it through his classes. His passion is turning struggle into strength, doubt into discipline, and effort into empowerment. This is more than training for a fight or fitness goals. It’s a way to help you overcome and rise in everything you do.
The Punisher Muay Thai & Fitness membership plans are now available for classes starting March 2025. Sakasem is offering special introductory membership pricing while his facility set up is in progress throughout this first year.

Muay Thai for technique, fighting preparation, and/or for fitness requires the following:
Hand Wraps
Gloves
Shin Guards
Mouthpiece (sparring)
We keep some extra supplies at the gym for those who would like to try one class or begin immediately, prior to obtaining their own supplies. Though, it is not guaranteed to be available for use for each participant. Student must acquire their own supplies upon sign up.
Classes are catered to all fitness levels. Upon arrival, students wrap their hands and stretch.
Students pay respect before beginning class. Warm ups then consist of burpees, jumping jacks, and skip knees (50 of each OR as many as you can to the best of your ability).
Next, students will shadow box for three rounds (two rounds with weights (3, 5, or 8 lb.), last round with no weights).
Typically after shadow boxing, students will pair up and hold pads for each other, executing Muay Thai combos. Next, students will do bag combos for a few rounds. Sometimes, students may alternate rounds between pad work and bag work.Â
Cool down consists of push ups and sit ups. Students then finish after paying respect to the instructor.Â
There are variations to the class organization and activities depending on the number of participants and overall experience level; however, this is the standard structure. Muay Thai technique and light sparring are incorporated into classes, as well.
